Who receives these messages
These messages are sent to individuals who have submitted a Weddington Media lead form on Facebook or Instagram and who checked the optional box consenting to receive text messages. We do not send messages under this program to anyone who has not opted in through that form.
Program description
When you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Weddington Media LLC about your inquiry and our advertising services. An assistant will text you to qualify your inquiry and help you schedule a call. These are conversational, two-way messages related to the request you submitted.
How you opt in
Consent is collected through a checkbox on our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms. The box is not pre-selected, and you must check it yourself to receive messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to submit the form, request information, or become a customer of Weddington Media.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us and the status of your inquiry.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Weddington Media does not charge you for receiving or sending text messages in this program.
How to get help
For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or email us at tomoki@weddingtonmedia.com. Replying HELP will return a message with our contact information and program details.
How to opt out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any of our messages at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from this program. To rejoin, submit a lead form again or text us to opt back in.
Opting out of this program does not affect the separate Client Lead Alert Program, and opting out of that program does not affect this one.
Privacy
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected when you opt in to text messages, including your phone number, is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
