By opting in on your service agreement, you agree to receive automated text messages from Weddington Media notifying you when a new lead is generated from the advertising campaigns we manage for your business. Who receives these messages
These messages are sent only to business owners and authorized representatives of businesses that have entered into a written service agreement with Weddington Media LLC for lead generation services. No messages under this program are sent to consumers or to anyone who is not a contracted client.
Program description
Weddington Media manages Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns on behalf of its clients. When a prospective customer submits a lead form through one of those campaigns, we send the client an automated text message containing the lead’s name and contact information so the client can follow up promptly.
These are one-way, transactional notifications about activity on the client’s own account. This program does not send marketing or promotional content.
How you opt in
Consent is collected in writing during client onboarding. Each client completes and electronically signs a service agreement through a secure web form, where the client enters a mobile number and checks a box affirmatively agreeing to receive lead notification alerts. The box is not pre-selected. A copy of the signed agreement, including the consent record, is retained by Weddington Media.
Consent to receive text alerts is optional and is not required to enter into, continue, or receive any services from Weddington Media LLC.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the volume of leads generated by your advertising campaigns, typically 5 to 30 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Weddington Media does not charge you for receiving text messages in this program.
How to get help
For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages, or email us at tomoki@weddingtonmedia.com. Replying HELP will return a message with our contact information and program details.
How to opt out
To stop receiving lead alerts, reply STOP to any of our messages at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further alerts from this program. You may opt back in by contacting us at the email address below.
Opting out of lead alerts does not cancel or change your service agreement with Weddington Media. Leads will continue to be delivered through the other reporting methods described in your agreement.
Privacy
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected when you opt in to text alerts, including your mobile phone number, is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
